In a field of five speakers giving talks on diverse topics, Jordan regaled the audience with a story of humans, fish, plastic and hormone receptors, seeking an understanding of the mechanisms through which BPAs and related chemicals might cause health issues &#8211; in both the humans and the fish.<\/p>\n<p>The judges kept us in suspense for the longest time &#8211; until all the pizza had disappeared, but in the end Jordan got the nod as the winner.<strong> Congratulations Jordan<\/strong> &#8211; he pockets $500 to help attend the upcoming <a href=\"https:\/\/events.humanitix.com\/2026-east-coast-protein-meeting\">East Coast Protein Meeting<\/a> (22-24 July) &#8211; and a speaking slot at the meeting too!
