Ngaio and Jacqui told the world about <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/27295424\">Mechanisms of DNA-binding specificity and functional gene regulation by transcription factors<\/a>, while Joel and Steph recruited the help of Charlie Bond and Amanda Blythe to wax lyrical about the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/27315040\">Determinants of affinity and specificity in RNA-binding proteins<\/a>. To cap it off, Amanda&#8217;s image of RNA-protein hydrogel assembly was featured on the cover of the journal.
